3

Spread the word

Tell other artists about the A-Corp. Share on social media, mention it to your creative community, bring it up at your next rehearsal, studio session, or writers' room.

Contact your representative

SB 26-133 has been referred to the Senate Committee on Business, Labor, & Technology. If you live in Colorado, contacting your state senator or representative is the single most impactful thing you can do.

What to say

“I'm writing to ask you to support Senate Bill 26-133, the Colorado Artist Company Act. This bill creates a new business structure that would help artists and creative workers maintain ownership of their work, control their companies, and build real economic power. Colorado has always been a leader in supporting small business — the A-Corp would extend that leadership to the creative economy.”
